Scan for product error in NSS solution

Problem: May be you are trying to change the product code of your Nokia Mobile or you want to delete lifetime of your nokia mobile. But when you are connecting the mobile it gets connecting problem. When you click on the magnify glass and then the "phone info" tab and click on SCAN it shows "Scan for product...Error!" or you get a page like bellow.

Solution: This is for your latest Nokia Pc Suite software. If you uninstall it and reinstall the old Nokia_PC_Suite_6_84 version the problem will not be solved. The things you need to do is you have to find another pc which have not installed any pc suite soft or have the Nokia_PC_Suite_6_84 version. Then you can install NSS software and do your necessary works. If you are unable to find another pc then you have to reinstall your windows operating system and use older Nokia_PC_Suite_6_84 version for avoiding "Scan for product...Error!" . thanks.
